I travelled from outside the area to get my daughters feet measured and ordered a pair of shoes at the size that Jodie recommended and they are far to big after ordering specially and being delivered to my home. After speaking to the manger over the phone theres nothing they can do unless I pay for another pair of shoes then return these ones to the store..
no wonder your stores are closing down and people prefer to shop online
