Chris has helped my daughter following an ankle injury. She is keen to carry out the prescribed exercises to strengthen it, and he has given her the confidence to continue with her sports. Would definitely recommend Chris.

Chris has helped me with my fractured wrist. From a starting position where I had no flexibility in my wrist or hand we have been on a journey to getting to a place where I have near complete mobility. Chris set a really good and precise rehab programme over the weeks and also made time to listen. Chris now believes that I am ready to progress by myself but is there to support if needed.
