Rachael has always been very helpful with my printing needs over the years... As has been said she can present as a bit terse, but I don't think she means any harm... She's closing up so I wish her all the best..good luck Rachael

I am really shocked with this service!!!It is the awfullest what I saw in my life! I was standing a long queue, I needed to print some photos, when my turn was the shop assistant said me to print them by myself on this express printing machine,I asked her to help me, because I am not from England and my English is not perfect.She said that she doesnt have time, and I should read the instruction on this machine, and she started laughing so loudly I feel very bad and I really have never met these rude people.

Disgustingly rude attitude by the lady, who can barely be described as one, behind the counter. Constantly talks down to you as if everyone in their mother should know about photo specifications. Hope she learns how to talk like a human being but then again, she barely looks like one - absolutely useless service. Thank god I didn't spend my money here - never again.
