The team is really friendly and are able to answer all the questions that we have and when they don't have an answer, have double checked with the vendor before letting us know.

Poor viewing management. Shown up to a viewing at a property to find a confused owner. The viewing was cancelled with no notification or record on their portal. Swift and courteous phone follow up. WE claim to have sent a cancellation email and a voicemail. Neither was received. Please also be aware this agent will filter viewings availability, prioritising cash buyers and people ready to proceed.
