I sold a property through Norgans Hitchin. I am very pleased with the way they handled all aspects of the sale. Morag and Lucy gave me excellent advice throughout the process. Clearly, a very experienced firm, excellent teamwork evidenced throughout. Regular and proactive progress updates were given and I felt confident they worked in my best interests from inception to conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending Norgans to other vendors.

Having explained our situation (not yet sold) and made arrangements to view a property with Toby (helpful and pleasant) we later offered the full asking price (not yet viewed inside) and was informed that the manager had told the seller not to accept the offer and then cancelled our viewing. Absolutely awful service greedy and pushy company - avoid

I recently sold my property through Norgans and could not have been more impressed with their service. From realistic valuation, through proactively finding a serious buyer and seeing the transaction through, the team were helpful and professional throughout. Special mention for Lucy Burr who even helped us deal with some tricky survey issues on our purchase, which was through another agent. Would 100% recommend.
