        We have used Crystal Bathrooms on numerous occasions. We cannot fault their customer service. They are always willing and ready to help and they have great knowledge of the products, which is greatly appreciated if you are not sure what product to get. Scott and Lee are very professional and we cannot rate them highly enough.

        Had received many recommendations on this company so thought we would give them a go as our bathroom is in need of changes. However, we were left very disappointed as when we arrived at their showroom in Nine springs we were left standing for at least 10 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment even though the guy was standing no more than 5 paces away. He must have notice us. All he had to say was I will be with your shortly but nothing. We thought, well if we leave now he will notice but he didnt so we went home. Shame as could have beneficial for both parties.
