Was referred to them by a sytner dealer who did not prepare or detail my car properly prior to me purchasing it. After one call with Jason, I know I was in good hands. They knew exactly what the issues where, and what needed to be done. Jason dealt with the dealer on my behalf to discuss costings etc, and all I needed to do was book it in. Jason kindly organised a courtesy car for me. Collected the car this morning and it honestly looks amazing! They did everything that I expected the car to look like. I promised myself I would not forget to submit a review for this business. It is so easy to find energy to say mean things and so easy to forget to commend the excellent. I was being given the run-around by the business I had bought my new-to-me car from, about a stone chip that was on the bonnet at delivery. They were being hard to contact, ridiculous with their assessments, and generally leaving all the effort to me. I was finally put in touch with Sytner Hitchin, and Jason took ownership of my problem. He gave me a quote for the work that needed doing, then when I explained the lowball appraisal I had had from the sellers, he contacted them directly and over a series of contacts justified the work that needed to be done. And got them to agree to pay for it. I dropped the car off to people who were actually expecting me, and came back barely 30 hours later to a beautiful chip-free bonnet. And a sparkly, washed car. So yes, I recommend this business, as they will do good work and will meet your expectations. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
