I was Sold a car which was a potential CAT, I went to trade in the car to arnold clark, where I was here informed Chevronic had previously attempted to repair the car and it had been done to a bad standard, I just sold car to arnald clark and lost money because of the damage, The front of the car was not aligned, Snapped plastics under the hood etc, as well as security issues and uncompleted finance from its previous owner, which again I was not made aware of until Arnold Clark done an investigation into the vehicle. I was not informed of any previous damage when I purchased the car from Chevronic, I am not a mechanic therefore I did not notice the issues myself when I went to originally view it, I was putting my full trust into this company and they have completely let me down. Would not recommend!

Been using them for year but when my van had time belt snapped I was messed around for weeks and given a bill of more than 1700 without fixing my van so had to scrapped that van. Never ever recommend to anyone, well as you mentioned everything I write my side of the story: I call that morning that my time belt snapped asked that can I drop my van as my time belt snapped and you said yes bearing in my mind you said it way the busies month you had but you didnt said that you were busy to me so I dropped my van & you gave me a curtsey car which you said you will charge 20 / day I agreed for three days and on third day I returned the car on third day because you said it was a customers car which really surprised me that you gave your customer car as a courtesy car. I was told if I pay you 2 hours of labour you can open engine head and check weather there is any damage or not which I agree and then the wait starts. I had to constantly call myself to ask when will I get my Van back as there was no proper response from any of you. I was then told we are waiting for a part to arrive which normally comes from europe & that is the reason it is taking too long. It took 3 weeks to part arrive then I got a call that it is unfortunate that engine is still not starting and you have to open the engine which will additionally cost more than 1000 which is in addition to 1700 which Services: Auto maintenance, Engine repair, General repairs & maintenance
