Not very informative, expect to be kept in the dark without any updates unless you chase them 24/7 for an update, they wont give you a call back if you ask, if you put an offer in for a rental, expect bidding wars on rental properties on their applications and no updates. Face to face customer service was good on viewings though

I had a good experience as a first-time buyer with Putterills. I spoke with Charlotte many times on the phone and email. She was very helpful and quick to respond.

I started renting a flat through Putterills Hitchin a few months ago and I could not be happier with the service I have received. I have never rented on my own before so felt unsure about many aspects of the process. The staff at Putterills (namely Natalie and Janine who deal with my correspondence) have been so patient, kind and supportive throughout the entire process. No query or question (even the ones I look back on now and cringe about!) has ever been too much for them, and they've always gone above and beyond with their help and assistance.

Putterills dealt with the sale of our property. We received a professional friendly and transparent service. They facilitated many viewings and professionally dealt with negotiations when offers were made. The process, despite a small chain was slow. This was not the fault of Putterills but for their part they kept me updated and did what they could to influence progress despite the issues being out of their control. I have no hesitation in recommending Putterills.
