I must say my initial experience here wasnt the best, but that was because I bought a brand new motorcycle that the dealer didnt used to service. However that being said, they were extremely friendly and made everything possible to turn it around, and in the end they managed to service my motorcycle to a high standard and made me a happy customer. I recommend this place.

Really poor experience from Del Basso. Bought a brand new bike with the assurance all the paper work would be taken care of but they never followed up, never returned calls or did the basics for getting a bike on the road, they even tried to fob me off with the user manual for a different bike. Had to contact the manufacturer direct to help get the tax, warranty and log book sorted. Such a disappointment from what I thought was a reputable local business.

This is a traditional firm, dealing with customers on a 1 2 1 basis, they get to know the person. Always had good customer service over the years
