Karen is exceptionally knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. We started our garden design journey with her over two years ago and as we have been doing the work ourselves we have only just finished. We are delighted with Karen's transformation of our front drive and back garden. Karen listened to our original ideas and built up, step by step, the final planting design. She was always on hand throughout the process popping round to check everything was okay. We always enjoyed Karen's visits and have learnt a great deal about design and how to care for plants. The project ran smoothly working with Karen's recommended landscapers and nursery. We are very happy to highly recommend her service.

After struggling along, agonising over how to best develop our garden for too many years, we finally found just the right specialist Designer-Adviser in Karen Tizzard - alongside Terry & his 'Country Scapes' team, for our project. Karen's forte is her ability to listen and interpret but also to expertly advise and steer with invaluable experience on everything required for the less green-fingered; from concept and detailed visualisation to all the practicalities of plant and tree selection, appropriate sourcing and efficient budget management. After the long, hot, Covid-dominated summer of 2020, yesterday's planting day will be one to remember for a very long time! Cannot recommend Karen & Country Scapes highly enough - they really have changed our lives!
