I moved into a property managed by D+J Lettings in 2020 and as a tenant, I've found their level of professionalism and customer care to be simply outstanding. When it came time to move out I was very anxious, but the staff at D+J were very empathetic and were more than happy to answer my questions even if I did ask the same ones 8 or 9 times. Because of this warm and friendly level of service, I opted to stay with D+J Lettings and move into another one of their managed properties Whoever you speak to, be it management, staff members or any of their 3rd party contractors, you can rest assured you will be in safe hands.
