Useless. Hard to find without a car. Had FIVE assessments NONE of which have carried past that point. I was once offered a group for goal setting. I was literally contemplating suicide and this is the ONLY mental health place near me. Tragic. Literally needs to be closed down or get staff who actually have morals. Also some REAL therapy options. Feels like a job interview about how sick you are and then to be told theres nothing they provide to help. Whats the point then?!

Cannot fault the care received at Centenary House; highly knowledgeable professionals who have gone over and above to help my husband over the past couple of years. Very grateful for their intervention and continued support.

The is the worst place to take care of anyone with a mental illness. My mum's mental health team at centenary house always leave it until her health deteriorates to do anything at all. As her next of kin they won't even let me know if they checked on her or if she is ok which is the bare minimum they can do. I tried offering them help to at least ensure she will always have a roof over her head and food on her table and they were not willing to cooperate , under the excuses of privacy laws they need to follow. oShe shouldn't have to become homeless until they do something! Prevention is the best way to keep her safe.
