Think Physio Hitchin

Caroline is an absolutely superb physio and person. She has helped me so much with my injury and has always been so very kind and accommodating (often rearranging at short notice to fit me in). In all honesty I think she is one of the kindest people I have EVER met and nothing is ever too much for her. As other reviews have said, it does sometimes feel like a therapy session as well as physiotherapy. I always come out of the session feeling more positive and confident. Absolutely wonderful lady, I wish there was an option to give 6 stars!

Great physio, person and approach, takes all aspects of your life into consideration, very holistic approach. Unfortunately, like many physio's before though, they could not resolve the problem i have with my hips and back, even after following the suggested program at home.

I cannot praise Caroline enough! Caroline is outstanding at her job and appears to genuinely care about her patients. Unfortunately, I am often a returning patient with muscle aches that sporadically recur. Caroline always asks about me and my family, remembering details going back to almost a year since the previous visit. Her manner is calming and I joke with her that her visits often turn out to be a therapy session. I always feel much more relaxed after my physio sessions which speaks volumes to just how great she is at her job.

An outstanding practice - Caroline Wilson's professionalism and knowledge is brilliant. Clear and concise with an outlined plan to solve the issue - She has gone above and beyond her remit to assist. Highly recommend.
