        Excellent service Had both daughters ears pierced today. And both the ladies in hitchin branch were amazing. Professional service, hygienic and patient. Very happy. Thank you to the lovely ladies for making my daughters experiences the best they could be

        Visited the store today to purchase a gift card for a birthday present and was disappointed with the choice of card. Not very pretty, girly or colourful. I asked the cashier if I could have a card or an envelope to put it in and she said they don't have them.

        Excellent service, I went in last week to get my daughters ears pierced and greeted by a lovely lady called Shanice. She was so patient with my 2 year old. She was very thorough with the cleaning process and pierced my daughters ears. My daughter loves her new earrings and Shanice explained the after care very well. Thank you very much :-)
