Such an amazing service going with Cloud 9. They are super helpful, with experience, and aren't pushy at all. Our baby was a little surprise and have found it all quite overwhelming but Tracy, and Sarah, put us at ease and were really helpful and knowledgeable in helping us chose our pram travel system. We would 100% recommend visiting or booking a personalised appointment.

Really great place to go especially if you are having your first child. They were so helpful and knowledgable about the pros and cons of each product and took in to consideration our lifestyle to make sure we were making the right choice. We were recommended here by a friend and will certainly recommend it to others!

I WISH I had found this place SOONER. went there due a kind shop assistant explaining there was a baby Inde up the road. Had 10 mins before parking was up. Ladies assisting me, couldnt have been more helpful, charming & knowledgeable. One stop shop for all things baby & toddler. Such amazing products toys gifts, for every budget. They dont push you to the more expensive product. Baby overjoyed with new rattles. Great selection. A special shop- wont buy anywhere else now.

We bought our car seat, snuzpod & pram from here and the service weve had has been amazing. Even when our pram was very delayed (out of their control) they went above and beyond to help us and provide us with a loan pram once baby arrived. Special shout out to Kerry for the reassuring phone calls!! Well definitely be back to shop for our own baby & gifts for friends babies!

Been here three times, highly recommend. The store has all the big brands and gadgets, usually for less money than online. Before our son was born, they invited my partner in to talk through all their stock which my mrs loved. We didnt feel pushed to buy anything but with everything youd need under one roof we set our selves up nicely.
