Very kind and helpful staff! Came in looking for a pretty specific item and was pleasantly surprised when I learned they had one left within budget! I tried it on and it was perfect. We added a chain extender for a small price which will arrive in a week or so. The staff even helped me get a necklace I had previously purchased untangled. This jewellery shop is a breath of fresh air. Lovingly displayed unique jewellery and curated like a gallery. I particularly like the silver and amber. Very helpful and courteous staff too. Thanks very much!

Visited Wilde in Hitchin to buy a wedding ring. Although I didn't end up purchasing the ring from Wilde, I was impressed with Ieneke and the care and attention provided throughout the process. Highly recommend based on the customer experience and I will most definitely consider this jewellers on my next purchase/gift.

Brilliant customer service, very friendly and attentive. Visited for an alteration and the item now fits like a glove. Will be returning for any future alterations or frivolous indulgence.
