I was in a true emergency this week, exhausted everything to fix my leak, 5 different plumbers either failed to show or, didn't want to go near identifying and fixing the leak. This was after some floorboard works another trades person carried out but refused to come back! Kai steps up to the plate and i have to say, puts them all to shame. He rapdily attended, quickly identified the leak (even showed me the piece attached in the picture) which was caused by the previous trades person drilling through a pipe. He didn't waste any time in fixing it. For someone who has never visited our home before, it's almost like he designed the plumbing in the house. He knew every precaution to take before approaching the fix, gave very sensible tips after the repair and in all, was a true professional. To be honest he makes the impossible look possible.
