        Very polite, explains everything until you understand, tgey take their time and dont rush you. They care about you. They have good knowledge about the product

        Really didnt want to help a 93 year old with mobility issues. Pushed us off to the phone customer service people. It took 2x30minute calls (first one got hung up on). Of course the customer needs to be in the shop but not willing to check or do anything to give us confidence. Shame.
