        I visited on Feb 7th earlier this Week. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The jeans I needed were upstairs in the correct size and two staff members helped to find other jeans of a similar style too.

        Great staff, very friendly and several are exeptionally good. I noticed one providing great and respectful customer service for gender non conforming young customer. Would give them a 10 out of 5, but Next clothing have so few natural fibres garments these days. Hard to shop there if you want to be environmentally friendly.

        Just called Next customer service to request Royal Mail return label. What a joke... there's no customer service at all. The I arranged with for Hermes to pick up the sandals that don't fit. And they didn't turn up either. The website says there's only 14 days to retrun the item. How the hell am I supposed to return it, when the stores won't be open until 15/6/20???
