Brand Street Car Park

I had a perfect credit rating and now I Have a CCJ with 2 weeks to pay notice over the Christmas period when they do not answer the phone, they send you through sister companies waiting endless hours on the phone to get through to nobody, truly criminal and should be investigated by the watchdog. All for 1.70 which turned to 300 so they can take me to a small claims court and go debt collection agency when I proved I paid for the parking - I will struggle with interests rates because of these sham fraudsters.

Avoid parking here. Will send you parking charges incorrectly and take 6 months to complete appeal process. No lighting anywhere, machines always broken. Awful car park. Ringo only allows you to pay up until 7pm however if you stay there after that to me they will send you a parking charge. New signs don't state 7am till 7pm like old ones.

Parked at 19:50 on a Tuesday. Signs at carpark and on RingGo app clearly state that the restricted times are from 7am to 7pm. The Ringo app will only let you pay up to 7pm anyway. Received a 100 parking fine generated by cameras. Will appeal but shouldn't even have to in the first place.

I recieved a penalty notice 4 months after the claimed offence. The signage on site stated the controlled parking times were 07:00 - 19:00 but the notice stated I was parked between 20:00 and 21:00. The notice was recieved 2 weeks after the issue date meaning there was no chance of paying the reduced amount. Currently appealing the penalty.
