I spoke to a woman called Karen(I believe she said Karen) today at 10am (03.05.2023). I asked if she could check whether I have received an order because this would be the second time I order from Fat Face and I did receive emails thanking me for the order and then the order is on the way but I never receive an email confirmation to say your order in store. She said check you junk. I said I checked inbox, junk eveywhere it is not there. Can you please just check if you have already got it. She said if you stop shouting I can check for you. I said I am sorry. I thought I didn't hear properly and she said if you stop shouting I can have a look for your order and I just hung up. My anxiety level just went through the roof. If you listen the the phone call you can hear there is absolutely no shouting from my side. Absolutely disgusted by the way of her behaviour and the way she spoke to me, rude rude and impatient. Terrible customer service and I won't be ever buying or using this store (Hitchin) ever again.

In a shop named FatFace, there was a manager Whose words were cruel, like a sharp dagger She mocked and ridiculed those who were bigger And caused their self-esteem to stagger Her words were poison, her actions unkind She failed to see the beauty in all kinds For her, only thin was acceptable and fine And she made those who weren't feel left behind But beauty is not defined by size or shape And we must not let the manager's hate Bring us down or make us feel ashamed For our bodies deserve love, respect, and acclaim Let us rise above the cruel words she speaks And know that we are worthy, no matter our physique Let us stand together and show her, and the world That fat shaming is never acceptable, never unfurled For every body is unique, every shape and size And it's time we celebrate, instead of criticize Let us embrace diversity, and love ourselves And leave behind the manager's toxic, hurtful shells.
