        In my opinion, the parking arrangements at this car park are designed to catch people out and issue as many parking tickets as possible to make a profit from unwitting motorists. Their appeals process appears to be an automated 'computer says no.' Avoid at all costs -- park at the nearby multi-storey instead.

        Absolute robbers! I had a dental appointment and was only 12 minutes late getting back to the car and subsequently charged 60 for the privilege. Way over the top fine for 12 minutes. The carpark is always only half full so it's not like they lost out. Will never use this place again and advise everyone to avoid! Unless you are prepared to get ripped off.

        11 Minutes over and got 60 fine. Paid it then received a duplicate with all the same details but a different reference number, appeal process has failed. Scam
