    The worse practice I've ever heard of. We called them multiple times, it's impossible to get appointments for the same day, then they said they could call back in a week, they didn't. When we asked why they didn't they said they left a voice mail, which is a lie, there's no missed calls and no voice mails. After this issue, next available was the next month! Shocking!

    Phoned 47 times this morning to try to get an appointment for my 8 month old. Was then on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes before being hung up on before reception answered. This is a joke. I appreciate that reception is very busy, but this is not the first time this has happened. When/if you do actually manage to get an appointment, the GPs are great. But they really need a new booking system.

    I rang up at 2 mins past 8 to get an appointment and when I got through it said there were no apps left for the day! So I had to hold on for reception using the acute selection. I was 30th in the queue!! Then you have to listen to the most irritating music . .finally got through 50mins later to be told there's no appointments. ABSOLUTE disgrace.

    Receptionist was rude and very abrupt with a can't do attitude. How can a GP diagnose a problem over the phone is beyond me. Instead the Receptionist told me to take my issue to A&E which says to me she couldn't be bothered. Sadens me that my national insurance pays for nothing. I will be looking to getting myself registered with another surgery.
