This family run business is a life saver for my small business as a Vintage dealer. I've just collected my lights which have been restored perfectly. All my Industrial lighting goes to Karl and his team. Their restoration work is outstanding and their prices are definitely affordable. My next run of lights will be heading their way very soon. Brilliant customer service. Went the extra mile to track down particular bespoke glass for a light fitting. Great communication, and quick response times. Would highly recommend.

All to often human nature is to leave a review when one is disappointed, I consider myself a perfectionist to the extend I find myself carrying out my own projects around the house either because I cant find anyone who shares my passion or they are just unreliable. Carl and his team at Optime are a rarity in their field. Excellent facility Amazing knowledge Consistent Reliable Professional I could go on..but the real reason for their success is they care and they listen. Keep up the good work and I can only hope companies like yours are allowed to carry on trading to service the wider public as opposed to the clinical, poor service one receives at many of the large shed outlets.
