Fullers were supportive and efficient from the start and I felt in safe hands. It was really helpful to have a solicitor who listened to me and guided me through the process. Asia was experienced and encouraged me to take my time and not just think about how the decisions I was making would affect me today, but going forward in my life, which gave me a different perspective. I contacted Fullers for some advice as I had some concerns regarding my children going on holiday and spending time overnight with their father. I felt their welfare wasnt paramount to him whilst they were in his care. Fullers were very professional in terms of their procedures. I had an initial telephone call where I was advised that a letter could be sent to my ex-partner. I was then allocated a Lawyer for this purpose who had been briefed about my circumstances, so the service felt very personalised. I was given guidance with regards to the content of the letter but felt ultimately it was my decision and it was under my control. The Lawyer also gave me time to go away and think about what I wanted to say before sending it so I didnt feel pushed. After the breakdown of my marriage, I contacted Fullers to represent me in my family matter. I was more concerned for my children and the uncertainty of the contact arrangements. Fullers provided me with good quality advice and explained the legal terminology in laymans terms for me to understand.
