PLEASE AVOID! I agree with the other negative reviews below. Initial sales stage went well, however, the project management was very poor and at times, non existent. We were forced to project manage it ourselves. HET made several major mistakes which resulted in our planning permission being refused. Subsequently they then cut off all communication and ignored our calls, voicemails and emails. In the end we then simply asked for a copy of the plans to enable us to source new builders to finish the project. They refused by not responding. 18 months later they then sent threatening letters for an amount of 600. As you can see from their responses to all previous negative reviews, they will simply deny all knowledge. However, if people would like any more details, please contact me directly. I dont normally post reviews online, however, after their consistent unprofessionalism and lack of ownership over their projects, I felt a moral obligation to warn people of how bad this company is.
