GREYS Hairdressing - Colour Specialists

I dont usually write google reviews but feel compelled to for this salon. So much potential for this place to be better.. good overall colour work (I had to return once for colour to be corrected), cut and blow drys a bit rushed (not asked how I wanted my hair blow dried on one occasion, and the other time straighteners were used and the style dropped within an hour). Bill for full head of highlights, olaplex, cut and blow dry was over 320. You will get gentle reminder texts saying your next cut is due after 6 weeks. Despite this, the highlights are good, so I just made an appointment for two weeks time, didnt have a card with me to make a deposit, and then was told they couldnt secure my appointment. I said Id be home in a couple of hours so could call with card details but they still wouldnt hold the appointment. Having spent over 650 here in six months, this feels a bit poor. Ive been to some very good salons all over London and never had to do this. Expensive salon for what it is and poor customer service. The people who are running this salon sadly seem to have ideas over and above what this place is.. shame. Service: Hair coloring

Brilliant service as always at greys Hitchin Ayshe is amazing and a joy to have as my hairdresser! Lovely salon and all wonderful staff who make you feel so welcome wouldnt go anywhere else

I had my hair coloured just before Christmas and I was a bit unsure what I wanted to begin with but from the consultation to the actual appointment, Josh gave me the support I needed to finally change up my hair. Would definitely recommend GREYS and will be going back in the future. I loved the end result and feel super happy and confident with my choice.
