        Initially experience was good and felt stylist listened to what I wanted. I did proceed to tell her about my hair loss issues in casual conversation and still felt extreme pulling with brushes and banging on my scalp which felt unnecessary. I asked for a rough dry and again extreme pulling running fingers through my hair, it's a miracle I still have any hair left on my head.. I also felt the hair dryer being too close to my scalp and felt painful burning sensation I had to ask to reduce the temperature of the hair dryer. I was a little unhappy with my first visit with the colour and this was my second visit I thought I'd give them another chance, but likely never again. Services: Hairstyling, Balayage
