        Worst gym ever, Ive never faced so much unprofessionalism. End of august I went in person to this gym and asked to end my membership, as I was going abroad for more than a month. I was told that there is no need, as I can just froze my account for up to 6 months, which was perfect for me. Nevertheless, on the 1st of September my account was charged as usual, after what I called them immediately, they apologized and said that I will receive a refund in a couple of days. 16 days has pass since and I havent received ANYTHING. Moreover, I call everyday and try to speak to a manager and everyday Im told the manager would call me back. I have asked to be given a contact for someone who is above the manager, and people from reception told me this is not possible. The level of unprofessionalism is just ridiculous, I guess they choose their managers and staff workers based on the level of incompetence.
