        I'm not a regular gym person - I tend to exercise outdoors - however I wanted a focused 3 month 1:1 strength programme. Paul was my 1:1 personal trainer, he was really knowledgeable and made a great programme for me. The range of equipment is amazing and I am so pleased with the results. Paul always made the sessions enjoyable. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'll be back for another winter strength plan.

        Brilliant Gym! Highly recommend Body ethics. Shane and the team are very Polite, Knowledgeable and promote confidence throughout. The Gym is very up to date, clean and friendly place to be. You won't be disappointed. Wether your going for a personal training session or a workout with a friend, Body ethics is the place to be!!

        Great gym with great trainers and a great atmosphere. It has all the facilities and equipment you need. Having trained at various gyms over the years body ethics is by far the stand out gym in the area. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to join or change gym.
