I am an employee of the company, & I can genuinely say this is is the best company I have worked for in my 40 years of employment. I have never known a company so employee focused, & they continue to try & improve it, you can't ask for more. The company is continually growing, the management, & work team are a great bunch, & are friendly people. The management seem to have a knack of selecting good people to work with, & you can come on board at all different skill levels, all sorts of training available for the work we do. This company have just spent the last 3 weeks destroying the lovely woods that was up till then being enjoyed by cyclists, dog walkers and casual walkers. The paths that were once used have disappeared and all that is left is devastation, mess and track marks. These woods provided a shady walk in the hot summer months but no more. They will no doubt claim this has been completed for environmental reasons but it is clear that they have left any unhealthy trees and just taken the best ones that can make the most money. Don't bother to reply, I won't believe a word.

Maydencroft conducted a Japanese Knotweed monitoring and treatment plan for me an a group of other's. They made a slightly complex case with multi-parties involved really easy to deal with. They have been reliable, easy to communicate with and professional throughout. Just recently they have gone above and beyond to help me with a matter relating to my house. Highly recommend!
