Ordered a number of items for my daughter in laws birthday but forgot to select next day delivery - I contacted the site and spoke to two lovely ladies who sorted it in super quick time! My order arrived the following day and all were quality items - I cannot recommend this company enough - it is so refreshing to deal with an internet site that provides quality goods with such grace and efficiency. Received a a garden multi tool and tool belt from this company as a gift in the post. They are sadly not the best quality, although packaged rather impressively, and I certainly wouldn't have purchased these items myself to use in the garden. Seeing the invoice, I was quite taken aback by the price and felt that they were somewhat expensive for such inferior quality. They are gift items and I have contacted the company about this who have issued a full refund for the items originally purchased and said they will take on board the feedback I have given to them going forward. As a result I would hope in the future any purchases are less disappointing on receipt. So my feedback for this company was originally 1 star but I have amended to 3 stars as their customer service has been excellent even if their offerings for sale to not match this
