        They say they are an NHS dentist but every time you go for a check up they do a scale and polish without asking and charge you privately for the privilege. Scale and polish should be covered in NHS Band 1 if the dentist thinks you medically need this. An NHS check up should cost 23.80 but here it's always over 100. Any extras should be discussed with patients before you do them but this doesn't happen here. They are ripping patients off during a cost of living crisis and it is just wrong.
