Had an appointment with the Foundation Dentist today and was slightly apprehensive. Honestly there was no need to be. She was super nice and attentive. I think that was the most thorough dental appointment I've ever had!

This was my first time visiting No1 High Street Dental since moving to Hitchin, and I didn't really know what to expect. The foundation dentist, Nora, was really lovely. Nora was reassuring, helped make me feel at ease during my treatment (as I suffer with high anxiety), and even provided aftercare advice, which I never got at my last dentist! The reception team are also so lovely and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn't recommend this place more! Nikita and the rest of the staff have been so professional and attentive for all of my dental treatments and throughout my Invisalign process. Thank you for your ongoing advice and service!

Story goes 10 years back when treated by Mrs Devitt. Change of filling, infection followed. I was told I need specialist treatment after a couple of root canal attempts. After two months and not getting referal to NHS specislist I gave up. All i heard on the phone was a concerned dentist asking receptionist if I owed them any money. I never did so found it very offensive. No remorse for the mistake. Moved to different location, decided to remove the tooth. New dentist showed me xray saying there was no attempt for a root canal. They said that they could try to save the tooth. As i found 2 years later they failed. Anyways, very poor communication from Mrs Devitt. If she admitted to her fault and tried to explain why i needed a a specialist treatment i would save 1500. Before goinf to a specialisg at the end. Basic patient - dr interaction failed, no honesty. I hope Mrs Devitt learned something in the last 10 years.
