I had an excellent experience at the dentist today. Teresas team have always looked after me very well- which is very important for a nervous patient such as me. I was given a very warm welcome on arrival by Tracy. I was grateful for the very professional care from Teresa and Susie made sure l was comfortable throughout.

I went to this practice a few weeks ago and had a filling with Teresa. From the minute I walked in I felt put at ease. Teresa completed my filling with out any anaesthetic as I requested and gave me frequent breaks to check how I was doing. My tooth doesnt even look like Ive had a filling which is exactly what I wanted! All staff at Tilehouse receive a 5* from me. Thank you :)

Absolutely horrendous dentist after spending near on 2k you should get your teeth how you would like them absolutely not how I like them and now I have to go and spend more money to rectify this! The receptionist is swearing while at work talking about other patients. I put a complaint officially and yet 6 months had past and no reply until I sent another email! DO NOT GO to this dentist! Youll regret it. I have found several other people who have spent a lot of money there and are unhappy!!!!
