Up until then we were getting nowhere fast, constantly chasing previous site managers for our issues to be resolved but when John took over things finally started happening.
After his first visit to our house to review our issues, he progressed matters swiftly from then on.
He arranged and accompanied the appropriate trades people to assess the outstanding matters and ensured that all remedial works were carried out to a high standard, overseeing the work at each stage so that we were left completely satisfied.
