Excellent service. Kept informed all the way through and very professional fitting. Well priced also. Full house restoration including front door, patio doors and 10+ window. All measured up together then window style options were discussed. Phone was always answered or call back the same day. Kept to timelines also.

The quote and pre-sales service was fine and the door fitting went smoothly. However, the after sales service has been appalling! We have had two issues with the door paint flaking off in places. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions and eventually they send someone to do a site visit with the promise they will be back in a week or so and nothing transpires. I have to chase to even get a phone call to up-date us. I now wish I had gone elsewhere and would not recommend using this company.

We had two Bay Windows and a new front door fitted. Both Timand his team were super professional throughout and made minimal mess despite the bad weather on the days they worked on our house. We can highly recommend this company and will use them when we get the rest of our windows done, hopefully next year.
