We were a customer of Response-IT, bought by Modern Networks as part of a Private Equity backed roll-up of small businesses to make money.
All the leadership and almost all of the experienced staff have left, people brought in as the new relationship leads have left already, response is patchy and incredibly slow and instead of people who know our business and the tech, we're now part of one of those ghastly 'customer services' ticket systems, with different 'levels of support' etc - the upshot is that three or four business critical problems have been created by them, and solved slowly or inadequately. I can't recommend them at the moment.

Start looking for new job.. shame on You!!
