        crispy duck which isnt crispy. fried rice that isnt fried. Chicken fried rice with two small pieces of bleached chicken. spring rolls with nothing inside them, vegetable fried rice with no evidence of vegetables. this really isnt good enough. this could be so much better if the chef read the menu.

        The overall rating really should be higher and is not reflective of the food at all. This is the best Chinese takeaway in Hitchin and their prices are not as ridiculous as some of the others! Staff are friendly, portions are decent and everything is consistent - not too salty or greasy. We had sweet and sour chicken HK style, chicken curry, salt and pepper deep fried king prawns and special fried hofan. The hofan noodles are not the proper wide hofan noodles, they use the thin flat rice noodles instead, but it still tasted good! This is now our new local!

        This has become our regular. Lovely food. So tasty. Would highly recommend. We are vegetarian and they cater for us and give us peace of mind the food is pure veg. Great staff as well as cleanliness.
