I am very disappointed in the service that I got Tonight. Not only did they forget half my order and to tell the delivery driver to ring my mobile as buzzer is broken. I then had to ring up to get what was missing. I yet again stated 2 more times to please call my mobile as the flats buzzer is broken. Then I eventually got a call from the driver saying he had been outside for 4-5 minutes as he had been trying the buzzer and had to find my number. After this I got asked for a tip and when called magic wok to complain I got hung up on... let's hope the food is worth it :(

Ordered twice recently and both times its been absolutely brilliant. Really dont understand the negative reviews. Like the vibe there too. AMazing crispy chicken salt wings

This place has gone down hill The food used to be amazing. Ordered a takeaway,had to ask for the spring rolls you get for ordering over a certain amount. the beef chow mein didn't even seem like it had been cooked. The beef curry had huge chunks of fatty beef. The crispy shredded beef didn't even have half the sauce over it and was exceptionally soggy more than normal. The order arrived without the 2 portions of rice and when I rang was told they would take it off our next order. Obviously won't be ordering from here and received the money back for the rice.

This used to be our favourite local takeaway but has gone very downhill in the last few months. Food substandard and cold. New management?? Thought we would give to them another chance tonight but just as dissatisfied. Will not order again.

Clearly the owners have changed. Food just not up to standards it used to be. Food is now tasteless and dry. Prices have gone up dramatically. This used to be a great Chinese takeaway. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Will not be going back. A real shame.
