Booked for a service, got there it was for another date, asked me to fetch back at a later date which I refused as I'd taken the day of work! was then promised VIP treatment and they would do the car ASAP 4 hrs later the car was ready joke, when they say cleaned inside and out, looked like it had been washed with a dirty rag, streaks and marks all over, no inside was touched!! and when I spoke to luca Di trolio ,senior adviser regarding this he said you doint get a valet!! Wish they just left it dirty! His attitude was appalling, no customer care, he made it like he was doing us a favour, clearly it wasn't our fault when the mistake with the booking, was made!!! Should of taken it to audi bedford where my son takes his car 1st class service still wondering what the VIP treatment is! A big professional company like Audi, all cuscustomers should be treated like a VIP , I will never take my car back there again , they clearly doint need the custom when you get treated like a inconvenience that's why I gave 1 STARS could not post with no stars!
