        Unfortunately , as their opening times are limited in the Hitchin branch and Stevenage still closed due to refurb, its hard to visit the branch but there no mention on google or the website about this

        Been banking with these for a while now my partner longer, they really are not useful or helpful, any problems we always get given a number to ring which is head office, and there useless too, either dont answer the phone or kept on hold for a long time. As long as you are giving them money there happy. Anything else ring this number theyll be able to help
