Very dodgy, Avoid!!! My wife did a review because he forced us to take damaged goods after he mis sold us and said he would deduct the damages from the damaged goods that he sent us. He responded claiming that there was no record of us purchasing anything to dismiss the review. He is even harasing me via email to remove the review otherwise he will cancel my warranty with the manufacturer. This company is a nightmare, not worth the trouble.

Avoid this company***After having terrible experience with this company I had to leave this review to make other people aware and hopefully help them from getting scammed!!! The 4.8 starts review is somewhat concerning as the people we dealt with seemed very dodgy. We have ordered a fridge freezer online which was at reduced price due to no packaging/box included. It clearly stated that the appliance is new just the packaging is missing. I wasnt really bothered about the packaging so we went ahead as the price seemed very good. Another reason to order was we needed a quick delivery. It arrived very quickly but after opening the plastic wrapping we were shocked. The fridge was damaged on so many places and the door had hinge holes which means its was previously fitted!!! The wire was broken and dents on so many places. We then contacted the company and they said it was their employees mistake for not stating on their website that the fridge was damaged. The guy didnt really care how we were effected by not having a fridge and how we had to pay an installer for wasting their time as we didnt want to install a damaged fridge. When we questioned about the price that we paid for a damaged fridge freezer the guy said we could return it or they will give us 80 refund which according to him was the collection fee as they have to hire a van. We wanted to return it but he sent us a concerning email saying after receiving the appliance back they would check and for any damages they would deduct money from the refund!!!! We questioned how can they deduct money for something that was delivered damaged to us in the first place!!!!!??As we were really worried about their correspondence we thought just to keep the fridge. We felt like we were going to lose both money and an appliance if we were to return it to them. This was the first time dealing with this company and we checked their trust pilot reviews before purchasing from them but obviously its a very dodgy small company and they have no customer care team. They just want to take your money and run off. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by how they are not reported to trading standards. I have done this myself now. I hope sharing my experience will help other people. ****Avoid this company****

I recently Purchased a DeWalt drill from this company, after extensive on line research the drill was noticeably cheaper than ALL other places. 87 technology spare parts and 120 elsewhere on line. The delivery time was 3-5 days and it arrived on time early on the 3rd day . and I would definitely recommend using this company again I certainly will be. Very happy with the service and how easy the whole process was on line. The platform and payment process was a doddle
