Reply to answer below: I guess you can understand where the attitude comes from when one travels to a closed venue. The explanation you gave was on arrival, not before. I also sent you an email with the same text as below, asking for a refund. Which is not more than fair. Many thanks, Kirsten Stood for a camera bell in an empty hall after making a pre paid (!) booking over Treatwell. The lady told me through the speaker that there was no one there, and that they only do training days. Make sure your time slots are closed on the platform, so people dont travel to your shop. Or have the curtesy to cancel beforehand. And no, I dont want my piercing for free on one of the training days.

No show on Friday night! Appalling customer service - I've pre-paid with Treatwell and will try to get the refund back. The building is in the middle of nowhere, I was waiting 30+ mins in dark cold on my own and when I called to check in where they are, they have blocked my number! Please do yourself a favour and stay away! Service: Manicure

I had a nose piercing done here with the a lovely lady named Kara can I say how relaxed and at ease I was after feeling very anxious about getting this done Kara is very professional and talks u through the whole process and after care the establishment very clean I would definitely recommend to my friends and family I will be returning for some more treatments so happy I plucked up the courage to get this done.
