        Be careful, Booked an appointment on weds afternoon for Friday afternoon. Work changed my hours meaning I couldn't make the appointment, so phoned as soon as they opened Thursday to cancel. With it being within 48 hours got stung with a 50 Charge! Feeling pretty cheesed off. Just seen the reply to this and it made me chuckle, because you are correct I did in the end just hang up and forget all about it. It doesnt change the fact that I was told I was liable for these costs even when the appointment was in place for mere hours. It doesnt change that these demands were made and the attitude which was received. There is zero confusion on which salon or what happened and the companys response says all it really needs too.
