Absolutely shocking customer service. The deputy manager Wendy Watts was personally obstructive and rude to me in person as well as deliberately unhelpful. As an HSBC customer for 29 years I will be closing my 3 accounts over the weekend. Disgraceful.

Since they have done away with their counter service for transactions including the cashing of cheques, only on line or on line issues are dealt with. Nearest Branch for cashing cheques is Luton.
