Would not change a note for some coins for me. What a joke!

I worked at this Branch a few years back. I can honestly say that it was the worst place I have ever worked. The stress it gave me, the staff all wanted to stab each other in the back. We were told that we had to reach targets every day, customer service was zilch, it was all about trying to sell customers different products.

Staff look like they've given up and the manager hides at the back. This is not a good bank and would not use them again.

Horrendous, waited over 30 minutes even being the first in the queue, only one member of staff on the desk. Rude and passive staff, Didn't even get an apology for having to wait so long.appalling.
