        My go to place for a Belgian Bun when in Hitchin. Good food and good service, even replaced my bun FOC when I decided to carry it open side down and then watched it bounce down the street!! Customer service is worth so much!

        Really good filled baguettes and danish. Friendly staff. I bought a roll and it slipped out of my jacket into a puddle at the petrol station, when I got off my motorbike, so had to go back to get another one. When I told the lady my story she insisted on giving me the replacement free even though it was clearly my fault.

        I had a cheese salad baguette which was fresh and well filled. Be aware that the cheese and spring onion filling is the pre-mixed stuff, not real cheese, which I find to have a strange flavour. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
