        One of the best bagels I've had around here and was in a quite unsuspecting place, usually how all the best places are found! The smoked salmon was 10/10 and the bacon melt too with perfect quality bagel buns, can't get any better. I also asked for peppers which most of the time is a bad experience because I find 9 out of 10 places the peppers always come soggy or not very fresh, but these were crisp and as fresh as they could come. ALL the ingredients were super fresh. Would recommend to anybody.

        Our absolute favourite lunch spot in Hitchin. The bagels are so fresh and the fillings are so delicious. Not only that but the owners/staff are an absolute joy. Shop/eating space is clean and bright, and additional snacks and drink prices are very reasonable. Cannot recommend highly enough!
